YA-MAN LTD. (CEO: Kimiyo Yamazaki, The head quarter location: Koto-ku, Tokyo) celebrating its 45th anniversary, will open "FACE LIFT GYM" on Fri, January 12th 2024. It is a training gym specializing in facial muscle training programs, located at 2F of its first global flagship store "YA-MAN the store GINZA".
This global flagship store is positioned as the store that introduces YA-MAN's beauty device technologies not only to Japan but also to the World. Opened in November 2023 as the "Hall of Fame for Beauty Devices", it is a base for a global strategy to create a culture of beauty based on our technologies cultivated over 45 years of history. We aim to create a place where people can encounter "new beauty" through technologies developed by our R&D center "HYOJO Science Lab". Visitors can experience the entire lineup of YA-MAN products, both cosmetics and beauty devices.
"FACE LIFT GYM" is a training gym specializing in facial trainings using the latest beauty devices with professional trainers based on methods developed by YA-MAN's R&D center "HYOJO Science Lab". The gym offers luxurious courses that reflects an ambience of Ginza. "PREMIUM" course offers a training in a completely private VIP room using the latest model of YA-MAN's top-class*1 professional-use "Queen Lift" series "Queen Lift for Pro 2", which is available only at this gym.
In addition, we have introduced a scheme to measure customers' skin three-dimensionally and provide feedbacks to "HYOJO Science Lab" for a research purpose. The gym also functions as a demonstration experiment for beauty technology research.
■3D skin measurement in cooperation with "HYOJO Science Lab"
At this gym, a 3D skin measuring device used for effectiveness verification tests at YA-MAN's R&D base "HYOJO Science Lab" is used to check the condition of the skin concerns in three dimensions. Before training, the trainer will check the condition of your skin, which cannot be seen normally, such as measuring the depth of the smile lines. The trainer will suggest skincare and treatment methods suited to the customer's needs (*Skin measurement is not included in "QUICK" course).
In addition, the measured skin data is sent to "HYOJO Science Lab" in a form that does not identify individuals. The data will be accumulated as skin data and will be utilized to improve beauty technologies for developing future products and services.

■About "Queen Lift" series
The "Queen Lift" series is YA-MAN's top-class*1 professional-use facial equipment that combines all of the facial technologies that YA-MAN has cultivated since its establishment.
"Queen Lift" thoroughly treats clogged pores, saggy face and can be used to address a wide range of skin problems. The "Queen Lift for Pro 2" introduced to the gym increases the output level of EMS*2 from "Bisou-kin Probe s" which approaches the facial skin's foundational muscles. Also, the RF (radio frequency) output can be adjusted in 0.5 MHz increments up to 3 MHz, enabling more precise care.
In addition, the TPS (Triple Penetration System) introduction*3 probes, which combines the three introduction*3 functions of LED, ion and hyper pulse, is newly equipped with a 505nm green LED that approaches skin brightening care and YA-MAN's unique penetrative waveform*3 DWHP. It demonstrates its strength in skin brightening care.
