YA-MAN Scholarship Foundation Opens Applications for the 2026 Academic Year Providing continuous development support for female students pursuing STEM fields
YA-MAN LTD. (Representative Director and President: Kimiyo Yamazaki; headquarters: Koto-ku, Tokyo) established the YA-MAN Scholarship Foundation on September 10, 2021, with the aim of providing continuous development support for female students pursuing careers in science and technology (STEM). Through the Foundation's activities, YA-MAN hopes to increase the number of female engineers in manufacturing and promote women's advancement, thereby contributing to the further growth of the beauty and health device industry to which the Company belongs.
In the 2025 academic year, the Foundation received applications from 77 students, exceeding expectations, across a wide range of fields including engineering, science and engineering, information engineering, science, life sciences, medicine, and pharmacy.
The Foundation is pleased to announce that applications for the 2026 academic year are now open.
